hi I ordered sofa 2nd November 2008 from Cannock store, 18 weeks 2 days ago, still awaiting a delivery date, and the finance company have started taking direct debit payments as ELS have told them we have had sofa. So no sofa, and money being taken! Sofa is still in italy and they don't know when it will be shipped. So I'm certainly not happy with service! Wish I'd have read the reviews before placing the order. So if anyone else is considering ordering from them, please take heed.
