  1. Hi Ida, Yes I told Blackhorse they were responsible they didnt know what they were doing the girl who was handling my case didnt have a clue I eventually got it sorted via the heads of departments see above. Thanks Paul

Hi Laura, I eventually went through the financial ombudsmen but they took ages in the end I just sent a letter to the head of customer services and the head of quality assurance of blackhorse within a week they contacted me and offered me my money back. Last I remeber a guy from trading standards asked me to make a statement and he was investigating apparently they have opened up under a similar name using similar tactics in warrington. which is a disgrace. Let me know if I can help in anyway.

I had a similiar experience when I bought a car from a company called Premier Car Credit in august of last year car was faulty from day one ans its still not sorted within 2 weeks of me owning it it cost me £247 plus another £100 in taxi fares the car is still faulty despite me taking it everywhere including a Chrsyler dealer 6/7 times and the place I bought it from im still paying for it despite it being faulty and now Premier Car Credit. [EDIT] They were going to replace the car several times and nothing materilised now im stuck with a car thats costing me the earth every month and Blackhorse are a waste of space well and truly its with trading standards at the minute but where do I begin??
