  1. Hi Guys, Very new to all this so apologies in advance if I am going over old ground. Took out a cap 1 card in Oct 2008. Recieved a letter Jan this year informing me of a printing error error on new CCA. I dug out my original and sent it a letter back to Cap one saying I wanted the original to companr. Recieved a CCA which is different to my original with T&C's. Sent out another letter saying the CCA was unforceable due to discrepencies. Yeserday I recieved a letter from Ellie Renshaw stating that she wants 4 weeks to look into my situation. So far I have noticed that the discrepencies of the two CCA's are: Min Monthly repayment info to be different (£5 on the original and now changed to £5.00 on the new one) Right to cancel box is a lot bigger with more specific info on the new agreement comparred to a one liner saying "we will send you exact details of how and when you can cancel" on the old one. Anyone know where I go from here?

Anyone know where I stand on this as I have nearly £5000 on my card and am really struggling to make the payments. Finally my card was taken out Sept 2008.
