This company is the worst I have EVER dealt with, bought a very expensive cooker, it was delivered with a broken door. Trading post refused to help, said because I signed for it without checking it was no longer their problem. Customer service appalling, after sales services disgusting, not only was the door broken but one of the racks in the cooker is rusty. They are now refusing to give me a refund. you need to go to other review websites like www.reviewcentre.com ... or www.trustpilot.co.uk to see what they are REALLY like. I am surprised they are allowed to trade. My advice to all your online shoppers steer clear of these people.
