Mint defaulted my CC when I was in a repayment arrangement due to a period of unemployment. Anyway, since being back in employment I have been making payments of more than what the minimum would be, but I have no idea what the balance is now, I believe it should be close to being repaid. Anyway, they have removed my internet access and when I phoned them I was told to write to the PO Box address, which I did and received no reply. I then wrote again by recorded delivery, and the letter was never signed for. I then faxed them and received no reply to that either. I am only trying to get them to confirm what my balance currently is. Does anyone have a proper postal address for them that is no the PO Box address that is on the website?

Bought an LCD tv from comet about 8 months ago, it now has developed a fault (obviously it's still under manufactuers warranty). Engineer has just been today and says he has to order a part which will take a week to come. Given the tv is only 8 months old, I wasn't best pleased with this and contacted comet again - they said they can't replace it despite being under warranty as only their engineers can do that. Is this true? Shouldn't it be replaced given it is still under manufacters warranty?
