Hi i need some advice on the above company. I am in arrears with council tax for 07/08 have made payments on and off, which has not been easy as i have no car and 2 children under 2 and to walk to po with both of them is a chore, they have never accepted standing order instructions just a paying in book that i get charged to pay in at a po, i have not paid for about 3 months and now they are demanding the full amount, my husband works but i have just finished maternity leave and am a full-time mum WHAT CAN I DO??
