I discovered during my first week in a new job that I am being paid less than the person who had the job before me. In fact when she took the job 3 years ago, she was a recent graduate with no experience and I am 34 years old, with several years experience. I have already signed my contract although I am still in my 3 month probationary period. How can I approach this issue? Is there any legal redress? Thank you
