    So as per your last message, i'm not allowed to voice my opinion? What's not consistent about the above? You're blaming someone for 'expecting' to have your software replaced. I specifically looked for an Insurance Provider that does cover software, believe me, you will not find one.

  2. I've seen a few negative comments about this Insurance replacement service, and wanted to put my two pennies worth in.

     

    I experienced a nasty burglary 18 months ago and had quite a few of my possessions stolen.

     

    I phoned Norwich Union, and they appointed Ival as the team to replace my electrical goods.

     

    Although i was surprised at how they asked for a lot of proof for items that i'd had for years, they were efficient, quick and kept in regular contact with me. I eventually had all the goods stolen, replaced, and was more than happy with the service that they offered!!! I even had a company phone me up afterwards, to ask what they were like, and i gave them positive feedback.

     

    Don't listen to the disgruntled moaners on here! Be prepared for an efficient service, all be it a little over the top with the checks and the proof of ownership requests!!!!
