Hi, Apologies if this is covered in some other thread... Perhaps somebody could direct me to it if this is the case... I would like to begin the process of claiming back charges from Lloyds, but I have a personal loan with them. Are they likely to shut my loan account and request immediate settlement? Has anybody else taken them on under similar circumstances? Cheers...
