Good morning everyone. I cant seem to find anything about Red Castle Recoveries on here. Has anybody had dealings with them? have a Notice of Home Visit Letter today!

Should i ignore them or tell them it is an incorrect document?

Yes they sent 'Credit Agreement Regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 - Terms and Conditions, on a seperate piece of paper.

This is what i got back from Capital one in response to my CCA request. The first one they sent me was tiny so i told them in was illegible, and they sent me the same document only magnified! s Is this a CCA?

Good Morning. I received this letter from Reliable Collections today. Does it mean they want me to reply that i have no intention of paying them, as they could not provide a CCA? Surely it cant be as easy as that? Oh and yesterday they sent another letter saying that they had made an appointment (with who??) and that someone would be calling on Wednesday between 6 -9pm. This does'nt bother me in the slightest by the way! They have already admitted that the account is in dispute!

Afternoon everyone. Could anybody tell me about subject access requests. I think they are for seeing the charges that have been added to your account. If you request one of these does it mean that you admit liability for the debt? Also, can you have what they have added onto your account taken off the final owed amount?

Good Morning everyone. Received this in the post yesterday. It is from the 2nd DCA to have this debt (the debt is for £195 by the way). Have written to ask for CCA, and got this card as a reply! Anybody seen one before, and do they actually visit?

Thankyou. This is the second debt collection agency Capital one have used, and its not at court stage with this one yet! So i will send the CCA request letter.

Received this letter today after sending them Pre action protocols part 31 16, was this the wrong the letter to send, as i have found the CCA 1974 letter does'nt work!!! Confused!!!!

All they sent was a 'Terms of your capital one credit card agreement', with my name and credit limit on it.
