Hi Everyone, just found this site and it looks really useful! Here are the facts to my problem: I parked, on 16th January 2009, at a certain Windsor Place, Cardiff, between 1710-1723, which is when the ticket was issued, without a ticket. I'd actually forgotten to put one on.... :-| Anyway, having got back to the car, I read the ticket over, and the registration number was correct, but they had spelt the location where I incurred the ticket as WIMDSOR PLACE, not Windsor Place. Is this enough grounds to get off paying the ticket? Or do I put up and shut up? Thanks for your time everyone
