Sent a cca request off to Capquest and got this back from them. I must admit, I thought it was for a credit card, but seems it was for a loan, taken out in better times..

Anyway, any opinions folks?

Fixed it - I think!

I recently sent a CCA request to 1st Credit. No response, so I sent them the default/account in dispute letter.

We recently got this letter as a response.

What do you recommend we do next?

It was for an MBNA CCard by the way, taken out in about 2001.

Do I not write back telling them they havn't complied and that they ARE to stop processing data etc.

Thought the content of their letter was quite patronising really and wouldn't mind putting my (correct) point of view accross, as I am sure they will contact me shortly after money.

I recently sent Robinson Way a CCA request. They sent me a copy of a credit card application and several pages of terms and conditions with a printed adte at the bottom of 20.1.04, some 3 years or so after I applied for the card.

I understood from reading that this did not comply and wrote back with the standard default template, and also remarked that the date of their terms was 2004, and so not relevant.

They sent back a letter telling me they had complied.

Any advice on what to do next?

received this letter from Moorcroft in response to a CCA letter I sent to them in December.

In fact I was just about to send them a default letter as they havn't come up with the goods as requested using one ot the templates.

I'm not normally thick, although I do have my moments,

but it appears to me that either they have sent me the wrong standard letter or they are trying to threaten me with court.

Any ideas folks. By the way, excellent site folks.
