i haven't been paying any rent as she is on housing benefit. i live with my boyfriend and he has got 3 kids which he sees quite often so that wouldn't be a prob as i'm not really living on my own. she manged to get her other house by ringing a number she found in a window of another house and the landlord is letting her pay the deposit weekly until she has paid it in full. it was a real lucky break to be honest with you.

hi i was just wondering if any1 can help me. im living in at my sisters house which is owned by a private housing association. she has recently been taken to court for remt arrears, she got the letter from the court today saying she is allowed to stay but only if she pays 6 pound a week towarts her arrears. my problem is that she has now got a new house and is moving out of this property anyway but i would like to stay, does anybody know if i wuld be able to take on the tennacy and pay off her arrears for her. i'm not on her aggrement from when she 1st moved in but have been living with her since august. i was just wondering if there was any chance that i would just be able to stay and take on the house
