Newbie as well, found the site while hunting for info on a DCA, found lots of negative words about them and then found this site - so glad I did. Just reading some of the posts, replies, ideas, templates and info helps restore the will to fight. Like the rest of the world I don't mind paying what I owe, but I wouldn't be in this situation if credit card companies etc didn't charge such immoral fees, which double, treble and even more the amount owing. Here's to the fight back
