This has probably happened numerous of times. But i have been trying to claim back my bank charges fro about three years and for the last two years i have been told by my bank that they are awaiting the outcome of a case in court before looking at my case. They have out this in writing to me a couple of times. Is this true or am i being taken for a ride? What shall i do next?? Any help would be great as could really do with them being repaid soon as am expecting!! Many Thanks Brewial
