recieved another letter from dwf stating redetermination not listed going to court to get sale of house

i have not had a say in anything they just seem to do what they want they billed me for valueing my house and i only found out they had sold my ppi when i asked

yes i have letters from the court and from land register stating that there is a charge on my house and i cant sell it with out informing them,

took out buisiness loan lloyds should have got wife to sign agreement as well but they cocked up and didnt , house in joint names, took out ppi ,two years later buisiness failed told lloyds couldnt afford payments offered to pay half said they would get back to me ,next thing was got a letter of dwf telling me they were taking me to court they had my house valued and they sold my ppi ,i was not told of a court date ,next letter said they had been to court and they loan was now secured on my property and a charging order had been put on the house, phoned dwf women i spoke to was very nasty told here i could not pay 400 pounds a month but i would pay 200 a month she told me to put house up for sale or they would and they would sell it for as little as pos to get a quick sale , i have applied for a redetermiaton but dwf said they would oppose any thing i did and they would sell my house,i am at my witts end and i dont no who to turn to i have lived in my house for 20 years and i cant get legal aid because i have got to much equity in the house,the wife workes part time but i am on dissability as i need a new knee i have a little part time job which brings in 100 a week please please help

lloyds have now issued a court date how do i stop this and put it on hold the date is only 10 days away

took out a business loan 3 years ago after about a month they got back in touch and said they had done the paper work wrong they needed my wifes signiture on the loan agrement they said they would pay her wages for the day and nock five pounds a month off if she came in and signed she refused august last year through lack of work had to get a job coulnt afford to pay full amount so they put me in default next thing they send someone round to value my house while i was at work and then take the money out of my account i phone them and they say leave it with us friday got a letter off dwf demanding full payment or court action will comence i am now unemployed also i have a credit card with them which they sent me a letter saying if i pay half the balence they will right it off cant afford to though ar they just trying it on any help would be appreciated

hello been reading the forums for the last few months and just decided to become a active member i was a sole trader up untill august last year but due to 3 companies going bust owing me money i had no choice but to shut down i am now in dedt for 52 grand i am on a dedt management plan but a few wont accept what i am offering to pay over the last year i have had a lot of late payment charges and a lot of interest added i recon about 10000 pounds of this is interest and late payment charges and returned dds can i claim any back and how do i get started thanks
