Thank you for the address of Vista Print - do you work there?

Dear PGH7447 The only problem is that they don't appear to have an address!! You can search and search, but no way to contact except email - and I've tried that. Will try Trading Standards, but sure they're covered by all sorts of dodgy small print. Also, so way of actually seeing the page where I ordered the labels to see where they caught me out.

I paid with a debit card. I have just read another thread (is that what they're called? - sorry I'm new to site) and sounds like others have had exactly the same experience. Mondy deducted monthly. Vista didn't refun him, but his Bank did. As mine was year before last (only just discovered forums) I don't know if it's too old to deal with now. But i tried everything to contact them and got no response - ever. Twiganog

Hello I am new to the Forum. Wondered if anyone else out there has been scammed by Vista Print (on line). I bought some Return Address Labels costing less than £8.00 inclpp. They arrived, very late after many emails from me. End of story - or so I thought. Six months later I noticed £10 had been deducted from my Bank Account every month since my purchase totalling £60. I never KNOWLINGLY agreed to any Direct Debit or set up anything monthly. I never got the money back. Never got a reply to any email. I would love to be able to expose Vista Print for this [problem]. They advertise on one of my emails addresses under many different names (ie you click on something that looks interesting and, lo and behold, it's Vista). So - anyone else had any dealings with them??
