Hello there, like a lot of people before me I am new to this and would like to know if there is a template to claim back from a bank concerning a loan which I took out from them in June 2006. Apparently the banks made a mistake and that most credit agreements before this date have been prepared incorrectly in accordance with the Consumer Credit rules and reg's? There are agents out there at the moment who will act on my behalf but they want close to £500 if the claim is successfull! Any help would be appreciated:rolleyes:
