I've hidden all the ashtrays. Put my ciggies in the most difficult place to get to - everytime I want one, I have a drink of water. I'm now sloshing round the house like a waterholic! Oh please let it get better than this!! Congratulations to all that defeat the evil weed you have my undying respect. I used to smoke 40 a day on a 'good day' and possibly 60 on a big night out. I've tried every argu8ment against giving up, including my husband bought me a beautiful GOLD Dupont lighter (and you can't waste using that ---- can you? But I,m now determined and its guys like you that help:)
