  1. I bought a new pair of shoes from Clarks during the second week of September 2011. I don't have my receipt but do not actually want a refund! I sent an email to the customer services email address a week ago and included pictures of the shoes, unfortunately all i have gotten back (a week later) is a standard email asking me to send the shoes back for inspection. Clearly they didnt read my email as I did state that i dont want a refund so paying more to send them back would be irrelevant. What I am looking for is an email address for someone higher up the ladder with the purpose of simply expressing my disappointment. E-mailing the customer services is an utter waste of time. Can anyone help? Best regards Mark:frusty:
  2. Hello to all, Back in Oct 05 I was declared bankrupt, unfortunately my ex partner is being pursued by Moorcroft who took over the debt from A&L. I have mislaid my agreement in the split and all I now have is the account number from the old A&L letters. I want to check if my ex actually signed the agreement and to check it for errors. The loan was taken out in mid 2003. What is the best way to get a copy of the agreement as after spending time going over some threads I am not sure if the CCA method will be usefull if they dont have to send a copy of the original signed document. Do I contact A&L or Moorcroft. If they cant produce a document can defaults be removed from my ex's credit history? Hope someone can help. Best regards Mark
  3. 'The easy way' worked for me too, i wouldnt call it brainwashing though, it just points things out which should be obvious but are ignored or not understood, i would reccomend this to all smokers, read the last chapter and had my last cig 15 months ago....no problems or desire to smoke since....the biggest problem that a couple of friends had after reading was that they found it so easy that they tested themselves and had a cig to test themselves and inevitably started again.
