Hello Boss I must say thanks for your help in me recovering all of my overdraft charges from HSBC. I just can't believe this is true they didnot put up a fight and was very civilize in the whole affair. It can be done people don't give up. mike best regards

Hello Boss i have just recieved back in my account £400.00 of the £509 that i had requested. Thanks alot for your help i would like to donate some of the loot. I will be requesting the remainding £109 plus some other charges from another account in a couple of days. thanks again for your help first time and it worked.:D:D

Hello OC, i was thinking the same to wait until the first is concluded. I heard an item on radio fivelive today re:alliance and leicester customers who have challenged the bank. the bank gave them back their money that was overcharged on the a/c but ask the customers to leave the bank because they violated the terms of conditions. not a problem there are loads of banks out there to open current a/c. thanks mike

Hello Guys guess what??? I returned home today for lunch easy life .... and found an envelope on the floor opened it and it was from HSBC the worlds local bank ha ha.. replying to my letter dated 22.05.6 they have decided to offer me £400.00 for my bank charges from a total of £509.00. This is unreal i didnot believe i would get a response. Should i accept this offer? Almost 90% of total fees. Also i have another account that has being charged fees should i submitt a claim now or wait until the current one is dealt with. much thanks it really works. mike

hello guys i have just recieved an email back from hsbc acknowledging my mail and said they are investigating the claim and will get back to me as soon as the investigation is complete. the name of the lady was Jackie Bates. thank you, something is happening mike
