I am looking for Income Protection Insurance policy which will not exclude mental health problems. I have had a mental health problem in the past, and am currently off work with stress & anxiety and I need a policy which will include these if I should ever suffer again in the future - which I hope not! Any advice on good insurers who do not charge a fortune would be really appreciated.

I have been on sick leave since the end of July 2008 and have been paid my full salary during this time. On 10th Dec 2008 my sick pay entitlement ends. My holiday entitlement for 2007/08 ended on 30th Sept and I had 14 days holiday remaining - 9 accrued before taking sick leave, 5 accrued while on sick leave. However, I have been informed that I am only allowed to carry over 5 days and these must be used before 31 Dec 08, and the remaining 9 days I should deem as lost. However, in my conditions of employment it states: "The maximum number of days carried forward from one holiday year to the next will be limited to 5 days to be taken by 31 December in the new holiday year. This includes holiday accrued whilst on sick leave. Provision will be made for the following exceptional circumstances: - Accrued holiday untaken due to operational need (as agreed with the manager). - Holiday accrued, by prior agreement with the manager, for exceptional holiday arrangements eg round the world trip. - Holiday accrued during sickness absence occurring within the last 2 months of the holiday year." Would I be entitlted to carry forward to 2008/09 holiday year a total of 10 days:5 days out of the 9 that I had already accrued prior to the commencement of my sickness leave, plus the addition 5 days that I accrued while off sick during August & September? Would this be the correct interpretation of this clause? I would be grateful if someone could advise.
