hi, new this forum, thought ill do sum research and struck onto this site read a few threads and i now whats going on with the parking charge is private etc but need the best advice of how to approach or write the full letter as pete has givne all the law etc.. basically i went to the hospital to drop my sister off as it was a emergency there were no free 30mins parking slots so sloted it into pay and display for a few minutes when i got back there was a ticket, like a vulture just vanished. whats the best way to desist this exagerated fine of 35 within 14 days. any help appreciated. company is called central ticketing..
