I received the credit agreement from egg today, i currently pay 170.52 a month after a couple of repayment breaks. Is this agreement enforceable?

I sent a CCA letter to Tesco and have had no reply, it is past the 12 + 2 days, what letter do i send them now?

I received a Reply from Egg today after I resent the original letter with the second one that was signed and crossed. Their 12 +2 days has run out now so do i send them the account in dispute letter?

I sent the letter, it was delivered on the 20th and i have had no response from egg. I also sent a cca letter to Tesco personal finance, that they received on the 12th, and have not had a reply from them yet either. What should my next actions be?
