I have received a "Parking Charge Notice" from good old VCS Parking Control (London N6 6WP) its for parking in a pub car park at 10:32 am .... The car is not registered to me - its my wifes - not sure if that matters ? The "parking contravention" listed on the notice says : Failure to purchase or display a valid ticket. But its a Pub car park - there is no where to purchase tickets. And now for my problem - there are signs up and they state i am liable for a fine ... here is the sign : Am i going to have to pay ? shall i ignore it ? do i write a letter .... Thanks for your time !
