please what is this, CPR 31.14 for disclosure of ALL docs; send this by recorded delivery post. I have received a letter from the County Courts telling me to collect IMPORTANT COURT DOCUMENTS, I think well i`m almost sure this is regarding my car which was repossesed some months ago, which i have had a letter telling me I owe £5,000, which is probably correct with interest, however, since the agreement I now live on my own with one income, I work full time, rent privately and have 2 children, 1 14 and 1 16 who attends college, i have very little left over after pay day, however the children stay with thir dad who claims tax credits etc & live with me half the week, please advise I don`t know what to do.

Hi, Please can someone advise me, my house was reposessed in july 2007, my outstanding mortgage was £90,000 with Northern Rock, i had the house valued just before repossession at £116,000. The house was in joint names myself and my now ex partner. I checked on line and the house was up for sale at £89,000 approximately a year ago. I received a letter (in both our names) from NR dated 1st feb 2010, saying exactly this, " The sale of your property has not fully repaid your debt to us and there is an outstanding debt of £25,023.62. Please contact this office within 7 days to discuss future payment proposals. Failiure to contact us may result in further action for recovery of the debt." So this is my situation, I split up from my partner and now live in rented accomodation, I have 2 teenage children who live with their dad I don`t pay maintenance however they stay with me half the week, I work full time earning £1150 monthly, my rent is £650 and along with essential utility bills and food i have very little left, my car was repossesed in October 2009, and I am paying multiple outstanding debts. Please help what can I do!!!

Hi, I owe sunderland council £318 for council tax from 2007. I have recently split up with my partner have 2 teeange children, rent privately and I work full time. I am allready paying £30 a month for arrears from 2008/9, I was`nt aware I owed anything as my x partner was supposed to sort that out, however since I received a letter stating I owed council tax I have been paying the £30 per month since February. I received a letter from Equita regarding the 2007 arrears I immediately came onto this site and copied a letter offering a payment of £10 a month which is more than I could afford and considering I am allready paying arrears and have this years council tax to pay, I also asked for a statment of account. I recived a letter from them refusing the offer and to make payment within 7 days or they would send a bailiff to enforce the warrent held against me, There was no statment of my account enclosed either. Please help as I don`t know what to do now.

Hi, first time I`v posted please be gentle!!! Fistly this site is brilliant and so very informative on a whole host of things. My problem, I owe 1100 in council tax, a lot I know, this is from 2006/2007, reasons,well marriage breakdown, having to move house etc. I have recently moved out of the area where I owe this, I`v been visited twice by Rossendales who left letters, i copied a letter from this site ( sent recorded delivery ) asking the council to take back the case and made an offer of 30 per month and also made a payment to them on line which I will continue to pay every month, I also sent r/dales a letter(recorded delivery) that was three weeks ago, i came home on friday there was aletter in the post from r/dales informing me that I have not been in contact and they will be sending a van (at a charge of 110) to empty my house. What can I do now?!!!
