Hi there, My plasma TV has broke literally 13 months after I purchased it. I bought the TV initially off harban electronics, it is a 50inch and it came with a 1 year warranty. Now as you know it's one month outta warranty. Is there anything I can do? Im sure I have the recipt somewhere but should this be such a problem if I don't? They do know me in there as I have purchase a few TVs from them over the past year for family as presents. Thanks Phill

yes of course and phoned every single number they've had with no reply. Im a barclays premier member and they are going to run a indemnity claim for me. So hopefully I can get that back. Im so lucky I checked my direct debits today. This is amazing how it could just clip through

I never had a debt with them. This is a direct debit but the amount has gone up each month. Started at then 35 then 200 then 300 then 400 its a joke. Ive cancelled but want my money back

Hi all. I have had 1130 sifted from my account in gradual increasing payments over the last 6 months. This is a total outrage and any number for avarto has been busy or on hold. I want to know a bit more about this company and if anyone else had this problem. I would also like some advice on what to do next. Thanks Phill
