Hi I need a little advise. I sent HFC first letter about being mis-sold PPI before christmas. They needed to reply by 30th December, which they did with a letter stating they "have been unable to resolve your complaint, as this investigation is yet to be concluded...once investigation has been complete, a full response will be issued in writing." They go on to apologise for the delay in responding and advise me of my right to complain to FSO. I have now, 26th Jan, received the same letter again. What I'd like to know is should I wait for them or should I do something further? Please help.
