  2. any help? can i send the particulars of claim as an attachment on a separate sheet?
  3. I copied and pasted the template onto the online form, but the particualrs of claim part does not fit into the box given, so when i print the form out, only half of the text can be seen. what am i doing wrong???
  4. On the schedule spreadsheet, what exactly do i put in the 'days since offence' column. Im guessing its to do with the 8% APR, and therefore not needed on the schedule that goes with the prelim letter? Just wanted to be certain on this Cheers Kev
  5. Having read up what to do on CAG i sent the Data request form to HSBC and Barclays to get copies my bank charges. 2 different results... Barclays happily took my £10 postal order and gave me a summary of charges, ie. the total charges i incurred over each year! HSBC returned the postal order and sent me a list of 'fees that have been added to your account for the period requested in respect of overdrafts which we did not agree with you in advance', and advised me to receive details of charges and fees to request all copy statements. They also added 'we do not agree that our charges are in any way unfair or unenforceable'. Nice touch HSBC! Anyway, I am thinking of going into the actual branch to get the information I actually need, ie all the copy statements. Is this a good idea? Any advice is much appreciated. Cheers Kev T

The £10 charge for Data Request, do they charge this on your account or do you literally have to put a tenner in the envelope?? Cheers
