The last letter I received from the council was over a month ago giving me 28 days to pay. The next letter I get is from Equita!!!!! Called the bailiff and he says because they sent a tow truck the fine is now £512.00. They never sent a tow truck or did they visit my premises as partner on nights and is at home with our son in the daytime. Are they trying to [problem] me out of money, because it feels like it. Just need any advice on what to do.............

Need help. Got a parking ticket from a London Borough and agreed with them to pay the £150.00 owing. 4 weeks later I received a letter from Equita stating that they are attending my premises to remove goods or my car!!!!! Called the bailiff that is dealing with my case and he says I owe £512.00!!!!! I have never received any other letters from them requesting payment and the bailiff has never attended my property. How can they get away with this and is there anything I can do????? HELPPPPPPPPPPP!
