thank you guys for the great advice stat dec has been completed and sent recorded devilery creditors have been spoken to adn suplied with copies of the stat dec my son has also spoken to the creditors and has a result one has put action on hold and the other has taken the debt back from the bailliffs

thank you very much bankfodder i did find while i was reading other threads find a template of a statutory declaration saying all items within the boundrys of this property are not his property and wondered if i should perhaps get one done and send it to them

help had a letter pushed though the door from rossendales adressed to my son to although he dose not live here he does use for all his mail since having his own house reposessed it says it is a warrat of execution - unpaid penalty charge i think from what i can see its for a parking ticket it dose threaten seieing of goods to the value the thing is are the bailffs gonna seize my goods as nothing in this house belongs to him and how do i stop them taking my stuff any adivice would be most wellcome

they say they are calling from hitachi and are based in leeds i did a sherch and found hitachi capital so asume they are the company
