Hi, my first post. I had an accident on Friday 10th. I have 3rd Party insurance. It was the other drivers fault. I need to Know how I go about claiming against his insurance. I contacted my insurance and they said fine, but they will not claim for me. What do I do? step by step. Also what can I claim for? repairs/bus/taxi travel to get from Scene of accident to destination/removal of vechicle to garage? ZC
