Does anyone have the correct address for RBS PPI complaint department ?

I have now written to RBS to claim back the £3370.00 they have taken in unfair charges.

The 14 days i have given them for a response if nearly up.

I have received the last 6 years statements and have now written to the bank (RBS) to claim this money back, no response as yet.

Still finding my way round the forum so will hopefully post on the correct forum next time

Has anyone had a recently successful claim for their bank charges?
