no northern debt recovery (ndr)

I am with Halifax, and have incurred lots and lots of bank charges over the past few years. i got told i could claim them back but to do so, i would need to go into the bank and pay £10 for a list of all of these charges with the dates, so i went into the bank and asked them, the then said to me i couldnt have them because there is a still a court issue going on so i cant claim back my charges! is this right??

Does anybody have the contact tel number for NDR as i have thrown away my debt letter and need to get hold of them but can not fnd their tel no anywhere! please help!
