I was made redundant some months ago and consequently have had financial problems. Finding this site has been of real help to me and I have been able to keep the wolf from the door largely because of this. I am finding it extremely hard to find work, but have been offered a job abroad and have decided to take it (although it is poorly paid, it is better than nothing) and let the house out, covering the Mortgage. What rights do the Credit Card companies have in this case? I am not trying do dodge payment, just trying to defer it until I am in a position to repay the debt, language that they do not understand. Basically, I will still own a property here, but will not reside here. Thanks.
