    I have gone through all the motions with BOS Visa to reclaim charges etc but have hit the proverbial brick wall. I was just getting down to issuing a summons online, when I notice that it is a requirement that the company should have an address for service in England and Wales. BOS Visa is of course at The Mound in Edinburgh. Can I ask how others have managed to issue and serve proceedings on BOS Visa (I live in England).
