Hello All, new to this site. Please could someone advise me how I can get my Credit Agreement for my RBS Loan checked to see if it is Unforceable, many companies are charging £295 for an audit, it would be nice to think I could get it checked much cheaper than this or even free. Does anyone have any suggestions on how they went about it ? Also, can anyone recommend any companies who are very successful at having the loan 'written off' ?
