*************** I parked in front of a few shops, but a privately owned car park. I have been parking here on and off for years. Anyway, later on after leaving my vehicle for 20 minutes, I find attached to my windscreen and official looking document, in a black and yellow envelope. opened it up to find I had parked 'illegally' They want £40 if I pay quick or £70 if I don't was given a code 3 "Free Parking Whilst In The Premises Only". There is only a "DATE". No "date of notice". Also it is not carbon copied - i dunno if they log it seperate. Should I pay? Should I ignore? Should I write tellin them/him I will not be paying? Thanks for any help!
