Hi, wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I was being charged £50 a month PPI on my credit card, twice I have been off work, once when I was pregnant, through various illnesses, and once when my daughter was quite poorly, both times the PPI did not cover me and I had to find the money to pay my payments anyway. I have been looking around the site and feel i was mis sold the PPI. Can I still claim this back if I have now cancelled the PPI (1 week ago). Also wondered if I could claim this back if I am on a payment plan. Any help would be great thanx, Sarah

I also had a postcard from MBNA, I was not in arrears and when I phoned them about it they said it was a mistake and when on the postcard they said calling, it meant phoning me as apparently they could not get hold of me on the phone.

Hi, I am new to all this and not quite sure what i'm doing. having problems with bank charges. Yorkshire bank charge me £25 a month for being overdrawn, yet it is always their charges that send me overdrawn now (My fault originally), also if then anything is taken from my account, they charge me £25 per item. I have asked the bank to take the charges on a different day so that i have the funds, yet they wont. This has been going on for at least the last 3years. would be grateful for anyones advice, thanx.
