Finance company financed wrong vehicle. Got2 of the numbers the wrong way in reg and financed a different car. It was only 3 years later when they turned up on the doorstep and asked why we were trying to have car written off when it looks ok. -
No not me, thought the missus would argue otherwise (women like an arguement) First post and its a relatively simple one I would think. Have a car on HP and some smackhead has rearended us and written it off. Do I now still have to pay the finance until the insurance payout or ask them for a settlement figure and then forward this to the solicitor who is dealing with it? Luckily I have the GAP insurance.
