Hi all, I'm currently having diffulty reaching my commitments with a royal bank of scotland card and a Halifax loan. From the moment i thought i may have a problem. I contacted them both to inform them. (By telephone). Asking if i could reduce my Payments for a short period or a reschedule plan. Both responded by saying they couldn't help until i was two months in arrears. When that happened both allowed me to pay reduced amounts for three months. Then i received a call from RBS saying i now would have to deal with Blair oliver and scott. I was harrassed by them almost every day for approx a month by phone and mail. They then passed it on to IQOR. Halifax referred my account to B,O&S with no notice. Both D.C.A's refused to identify themselves, quoting the data protection act. I answered their "security" questions and told them I was only prepared to deal with the relevant banks who lent the money. With that they started issuing shrouded threats. How should I deal with these people? I really want to clear my debts and hoped the lenders would help me to do so. Instead I find myself being bombarded with verbal and written threats.
