  1. Hi im new here and need some help. My family and i recently decided to go away for the 1st time in years, as i was not sure on booking procedures i went into Thomas cooks to ask professional advice. we had decided to get 3 x 1 bedroom apartments for myself wife and son, my sister husband and 3 children and my mother and niece. The agent told us we could reduce the cost by putting my mother and niece in with us in a 2 bedroom apartment. We decided to go with that option and booked after the specialist advice we had received. We collected the tickets 1 week ago and to my horror they have gave us 2 x 1 bedroom apartments and not the 2 + 1 we we agreed to. After complaining to staff i was told that when i signed the booking form i had actually signed for the 2 x 1 bedroom apartments but this was mis sold to me as i was under the impression after the advice i received i was getting the the larger room. I called the head office and they apologized but insist nothing can be done as i had signed the booking form. The reason i signed was on the advice given and i trusted the lady 100 % i had no reason not to. Can i do anything else or do i give up and accept i have been naive and put it down to experience. Thanks in advance
