Hi guys, I too have recently fallen foul of this so called 'reputable' company. I have joined this forum specifically so I can post to you all. I have read the numerous posts. My problem is that having contacted 3 and spoken to a very helpful, polite and professional gentleman-Ameya-who agreed to deal with my 'mis sold' complaint-and -get this guys-actually did! He called me back in a couple of days, as promised and said that I was to contact Rikki or Gareth Jacobs-'managers' of MPWW, or Easy Direct Marketing-which they also seem to go under and they would give me the adress to return my 'mis sold' handset to. I called them-spoke to Rikki and he gave me the address-somewhere in Oxford-but I have somehow mislaid this! Can anyone help me out with this address? Perhaps contact me by e mail? As I see that the initial address posted here was erased. Oh and beware-I now have had money deducted by an insurance company, whose details are listed here-but I did not ask them for cover-so here goes with another fight!
