  3. when i asked the others about being paid under min wage they told me the tale of some1 asking about it last year n they got sacked n they are taking them to a tribunal - i dont know how true this is im not bothered about working the extra hours - what i am bothered about is not being paid for them and because of this my wage is then well under the min wage
  4. briefly - just started a new job which is supposed to be 40 hours a week but may have to work more hours to suit the needs of the business in the 1st month i have averaged 60 hrs a week but we do not get paid overtime and they just pay you the basic salary agreed with the 40 hr week with the extra hours it takes the wage below min wage hourly rate nobody else who works there seems bothered by it - some1 did complain about it last year apparantly and got sacked!!!!!! does any1 know if there is anything i can do about this??

  6. hello got a parking charge today off UK PARKING PATROL OFFICE in manchester. anyone else had dealings with these jokers and what am i to expect?? the car was parked in the car park of some private flats. from looking at various other threads on these type of companies most advice is saying ignore it and the letters which will follow just wondered if it was different with it being housing and not retail parks etc any info any ones got really thanks
