Lamma The Graham White that is listed as a registered solicitors, (I checked the address on the letter against the address in the solicitors db) The postcode listed is the same of for the postcode on the letter. So should I complain? The Michael Sobell thing I did not search for, but should I be complaining to Hackney that he is moonlighting? As I am not sure what I should be complaining about here apart from the fact that he is listed as the solicitor for Graham White? I Really appreciate your efforts!!!

Thank you all I was unable to post a link to the page where I found the Graham White Solicitors, The postcode they are using is also the same as the Graham Whilte listed here: The Law Society - Find a solicitor Does this mean I should definitely ignore it then, even if the solicitors are now registered?   4. All Just recieved this from Grahm White Solicitors - Also I checked the SRA Website and they are listed. Due to the absence of payment, or a valid appeal, our client has instructed us to proceed to legal action to recover the amount due. Therefor, it is a legal requirement to send a notice of INTENDED LITIGATION before legal proceedings are issued in the County Court. This letter fulfils this requirement. Hi All I have been sent two letters for two seperate PCCN events, The letters are below: Dear xxxxxx Re: Unpaid Parking Charge PCN Number: LL02279*** Total Amount Due: £85.00 Vehicle Registration No. xx 52 XXX Location: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Issue Date & Time: 18-01-08 at (blank) A Parking Contravention Charge Notice (PCCN) was attached to the above mentioned vehicle and the driver should have paid; however, we have not yet received payment. I have been advised by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency, that you were the registered keeper of the vehicle at the relevant date and time. If you were the driver, you must pay the total amount due as stated above within 7 days from teh date of the letter. In line with the Terms and Condistions of parking at the above site, you have incurred late payment chages which are included in the Total Amount now Due. Please send payment to the the address above and cheques shoudl be made payable to NCP Parking Services. If you were not the driver at the time, please tell us who was driving by completing the details below.
