Hey, I had a student account with abbey for 2 years. With this account I had an overdraft facility. I went overdrawn on this but repaid this within a numer of days of noticinng I went overdrawn which included paying the charge. I then got charged for being overdrawn again causing me to go over my authorised overdraft so I refused to pay twice for same thing. I have now been threatened with legal action if I do not pay full overdraft plus charges. Anyone got any advice. My account has been past n to abbey debt recover agency
