I have a £3500 ovedraft with the Halifax and I estimate that they have applied several charges to the tune of £4000 in the last 6 years on my account. At the moment in view of the test case I am not sure whether to commence a claim action because I am scared them may recall my overdraft which i don't have any money to repay immediately should they decide to do that.
