    anything new about your fedex story? i also got a weird 20 pounds fee,, (not the v.a.t) and i actually went to fedex to collect my packet (i really wanted it) and no one ever mentioned for an extra fee then after one month i got the nice invoice about the 20 pounds fee and my pack value fas 40 pounds...
