Thanks and have kept the last 3 letters they have sent us. Its interesting this letter was from RCS who are trading under AS Securi-T! Checked on companies House and they exist under AS Securi-T!! Still cant belive they are getting away with this!!!!

I've just received another letter giving me 14 days notice and to pay £117.50 for the parking charge and £80.00 for the associated costs, totalling, £197.50!!! This letter is from RCS - Revenue Collection Services. They are demanding this otherwise they will take us to court. I still believe its a [problem] but it was my parents car and they are concerned, what do we do?

It was on a public road in front of a factory forecourt which was closed. The ticket said there was an attendant and gives an attendant number but its rubbish as we were sitting in the car!!!!!

Hello, I am replying to you thread as my parents have just this morning received a Parking Charge Notice from A S Securi-T LTD. At approximately 1pm on the 31st May, they stopped on the side of the road waiting for someone. We were sat in the car and the car was running all times and they resided there for approximately 15 mins. There were no signs to state you couldn't park and no attendant approached us. The notice we have received today states that the car was approached by an attendant and this is clearly untrue. Can you help and provide any advice please? Many Thanks.
