Hi everyone, new member so not sure if im posting in the correct place so please bear with me. I have a claim on hold with HBOS for bank charges since about June last year and have received the same letter as everyone else saying still on hold. My question is, can i put in another claim for charges imposed since my initial claim? Thanks for any advice given...
